Managing users
In this tutorial we will explain how to manage and create users accounts. Royale/CMS offers simple but effective permission rights management.
You will be able to set the visibility for top navigation items as well as select which sections are visible for each user. In addition you can restrict user permission as far as publishing as savings rights.

Step 1. Select 'Users' from the top menu
Note, 'Admin' user is specified from default.

Step 2. Click 'Add user'

Fill out all the fields. Note, admin, editor and junior have predefined rights.
Step 3. Click 'Custom'
The first panel - 'Specify publishing rights', let's you define the user publishing rights. If you select 'Save', a user will be able to make and save changes, however they won't be published to the live feed.
'Give option to preview the XML' let's you define if XML Preview button is to be visible.
In the second panel - 'Specify Navigation Access', you can manage which top menu items are visible for the given user. For example, if you creating an account for you client, you will probably want to leave this unselected. In such a case the only available option would be a default 'Content'
Lastly - 'Section access'. Here you can manage which sections are to be visible for the given user. For instance, one user could access only a 'News' and 'Press Release' sections...
