Step 1. Click 'Templates' from the top menu

Step 2. Click 'Add Template'

In our example, each news article would always have 3 content fields - Title, Date and Content. So from the menu on the right, click 'Add Input Text' and name it Title, click 'Date' and name it Date, click 'Add Text Area' and name it Content.

After you finish, your template should look like this:
